Another Family in Vail
Yesterday was a special closing. After a lot of hard work and stress I was able to help another young family purchase a town home here in Vail. And when I say, “here in Vail,” I’m not talking about down valley. I’m speaking about right here in West Vail.
We are currently in a very unique market. Due to the economic conditions and government incentives, free market homes are available to first time home buyers in Vail. I’m not sure how long this “perfect storm” is going to last, but hopefully plenty of families will take advantage of the current situation.
