I’ve had mixed feelings about a blog post about this touchy subject. I don’t want to jinx it. But I think it is safe to let the world know that homes in Vail are selling. The existing “for sale” inventory has been dramatically reduced. At one point this summer we had almost 500 homes/condos for sale within the Town of Vail. Now we are down to 380. There are still some amazing homes for sale, but they won’t be there for long. There are bargains at every price point. And the best news is that there are now some valid comps to use. So the integrity is returning to the market.
